Pano is a former French Foreign Legionnaire with deployments to Afghanistan, Africa and French Guiana. He is an ex-government contractor with a focus on quality training coordination. He served as lead instructor for multiple courses including anti/counter terrorism training, tactical driving, combative surveillance, PSD pre-deployment, and mobile force protection resulting in 1,400 U.S. Military and EU civilians trained.

Combat Marksmanship Skills (CMMS)

Course Description:

Students apply CMMS techniques to effectively maximize survivability and lethality of a combat shooter, day and night. Students will learn to accurately and effectively engage targets from close to long ranges from static to mobile positions. Students will learn to sustain, enhance, and improve shooting capabilities along with safe weapons handling procedures which are essential for mission success and survivability on the battlefield.

Small Unit Tactics

Course Description:

This course provides the basics of troop leading procedures, principles of patrolling within both defensive and offensive operations

Course Description:

Students will apply Close Quarter Battle (CQB) techniques to effectively engage targets accurately at close distances while moving through buildings in CQB scenarios. This will ensure correct execution of CQB techniques ensuring maximum effectiveness and survivability of the team.

Course Description:

This course provides instruction on the fundaments of long-range shooting in an urban environment. Students will learn to employ sniper fieldcraft in order to enter a target area, establish a final firing position, engage a target and leave undetected.

Sniper - Rural

Course Description:

This course provides instruction on the fundaments of long-range shooting in a rural environment. Students will learn to employ sniper fieldcraft in order to enter a target area, establish a final firing position, engage a target and leave undetected.

Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT)

Course Description:

This course teaches the tactics necessary to be successful while conducting operations in urban terrain where man-made construction affects the tactical options available
